How far in advance should I book? ↓
We recommend booking 3-6 months in advance, especially for the Golden Eagle Festival which has limited availability. However, we can sometimes accommodate last-minute bookings depending on availability.
What is your cancellation policy? ↓
Cancellations made 90+ days before departure receive a full refund minus a $200 admin fee. 60-89 days: 50% refund. Less than 60 days: no refund. We strongly recommend travel insurance.
Do I need travel insurance? ↓
Yes, we require all travelers to have comprehensive travel insurance that covers medical emergencies, trip cancellation, and evacuation. We can recommend providers if needed.
Are the tours physically demanding? ↓
Our tours vary in difficulty. Most require a moderate fitness level for walking and some hiking. Specific fitness requirements are listed on each itinerary page. Contact us if you have concerns.
What is included in the tour price? ↓
All accommodation, in-country transportation, most meals, guided activities, and entry fees are included. International flights, visa fees, travel insurance, and personal expenses are not included.
