Meet Johnny & Josh
Built on real experience in remote environments, Johnny and Josh know how to get things done in the toughest parts of the world. These trips are built from real experience on the ground, with access, logistics, and contacts most people simply don't have. We deliver real access, tight logistics, and properly run adventures — not generic tours.
CO-FOUNDER
Johnny Ward
Johnny is one of the most traveled people in history, and the only person to complete the Ultimate Explorers Grand Slam, visiting every country in the world, reaching both Poles, and climbing the Seven Summits.
Over the years, he has built deep connections in some of the most remote and difficult places on earth. These trips are built on that access, opening doors that are normally too complex, too obscure, or simply out of reach for most travelers.
The aim is simple: take people to the edges of the world, and do it properly.
CO-FOUNDER
Josh Henry
Josh has travelled to over 60 countries and built his career in the travel industry, first as a guide and now as a tour operator working across multiple continents. That progression means he understands both sides of the experience, from running trips on the ground to designing them properly from start to finish.
He has seen firsthand how well-run travel can create genuinely life-changing experiences, especially in more remote and challenging destinations. For him, travel has always been about the people, the connections, and the shared moments along the way. His focus is on building trips that feel real, run smoothly, and give others access to places and experiences that are not always easy to reach.

Logistics
Manages all ground operations, transport coordination, and trip logistics across Mongolia. Ensures everything runs smoothly from arrival to departure.
Oyungerel Dashnyam
Cultural Liaison
Bridges the gap between travelers and local communities. Coordinates cultural experiences, community relationships, and ensures respectful, meaningful interactions throughout every trip.
Erdene Munkh
Expedition Driver & Fixer
Knows every road and non-road across the steppe. Handles ground transport and on-the-fly problem solving, ensuring the group gets where it needs to go — no matter the terrain.
